Dance Party's and Monster Cookies

Nothing can be easy. When you have two littles in your life you need to be doing 10 things at once to keep each little one entertained and busy at the same time. This needs to be done while cleaning, working, teaching them and keeping them safe, and attempting to remember the last time you showered. One of my go to things to do with the girls, asIi am sure you have figured out by our previous blog posts, is to bake. Baking lets us have a yummy treat at the end of the day, and usually something sweet for lunches, picnics, or midnight snacks. This weeks recipe is Monster Cookies!  Our house favorite is usually Chocolate Chip, but sometimesIi really want something with just a little more substance to it.  So yesterday we had all our chores done, we had gone for a walk, naps were apparently not a thing to be had today so...... The Kitchen Aid mixer comes out, the Spotify Playlist starts up ( it is usually the Frozen soundtrack or VeggieTales )  and Pintrest comes up to find a new recipe to try. This Pintrest was very good but I modified it a little to whatIi wanted as well as to ingredients that I had on hand. So if you are pulling your hair out while your kids are on spring break, I recommend this recipe and an impromptu dance party in the kitchen, not around the stove or oven though...... that is never a good idea.
